We are seeking a professional, organized, and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and support our team with day-to-day administrative tasks.Position SummaryThe Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, greeting clients, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality in a financial services environment.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Service & Front Desk:Greet clients and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.Manage check-ins for appointments and notify staff of arrivals.Answer and direct phone calls; take accurate messages as needed.Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.Administrative Support:Assist with scanning, filing, and organizing client documents.Schedule client appointments and maintain the firm’s calendar.Support tax-season workflow, including assembling client tax returns and organizing documents.Maintain office supplies and coordinate orders when needed.Prepare and maintain reception area for cleanliness and professionalism.Firm Support:Assist with client communications, including emails and reminders.Enter client information into firm software as needed (training provided).Provide general administrative assistance to accountants and management.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training a plus.Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred, especially in professional services.Strong communication and customer service skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, especially during tax season.Work Schedule & BenefitsMonday–Friday, standard office hours.Additional hours may be required during tax season.Competitive pay based on experience.Paid time off, holidays, and other available benefits.
Salary : $40,000 - $55,000
