Estate and Trust Asset Administrator
Schmiedeskamp Robertson Neu & Mitchell LLP is seeking an Estate and Trust Asset Administrator to manage the day-to-day administrative asset tracking. You will be responsible for identifying and tracking assets from the date of death through the end of the estate and trust administration. This includes working with appraisers, financial advisors, bankers, and other valuation professionals to obtain asset information. You will coordinate the sale or liquidation of real estate (e.g., working with real estate agents and auctioneers to list property). You will also assist in retitling assets to beneficiaries and maintain a point of constant contact for beneficiaries, providing updates on administration timelines. Proficiency with Excel is necessary.
Pay: $20.50 - $26.00 per hour
