What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Office Receptionist position at Schmidt Dental Center?
SCHMIDT DENTAL CENTER
- Are you feeling stuck in your current position with dreams of opportunity and growing again, personally and professionally?
- Do you want to feel appreciated daily and know your work matters?
- Are you desiring the opportunity to work with a highly accountable team that serves the patients and each other first?
- Do you seek growth by increasing your own level of skills through a prepared plan and training?
- Are you stuck in a customer service position or front office position that doesn’t allow you any flexibility or extra time off?
We believe in our core values deeply and our team is composed of like-minded, highly accountable, goal oriented, customer service experts.
We believe that loving our teammates and helping each of them identify ways to be well rounded and improve their own total wellness is what allows us to serve our patients best
We believe benefit packages should include opportunities for a costco membership, dental benefits, health insurance program, a retirement plan, and having over 4 weeks off per year
We believe our exceptional service to our patients starts with our team understanding the huge impact of their position and appreciation for each team member’s “wins” both in the practice and out of the practice.
**Our organization is not a right fit for everyone, but for those whose personal core values resonate with ours, we see magic happen every day with our patients and our team.
This opportunity is for a FRONT OFFICE position. If you have dental experience, that would be really fantastic. BUT, if you have amazing customer service skills, have experience scheduling people, and have experience answering phones, then let’s see what you’ve got!
If you resonate STRONGLY with all the above, we would love to talk more with you!
