Schmidt Brothers Roofing is looking for a skilled and dependable Gutter, Soffit & Fascia Installer to join our growing team. We are a local roofing company focused on quality workmanship, great customer service, and doing the job right the first time.
Position Overview
As a Gutter, Soffit & Fascia Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing residential gutter systems, soffit, fascia, and related exterior components. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works safely, pays attention to detail, and can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Install seamless gutter systems
- Install, repair, and replace soffit and fascia
- Install gutter guards and related drainage products
- Remove existing gutters, soffit, and fascia as needed
- Properly flash and seal gutter and exterior penetrations
- Ensure proper gutter pitch and water drainage
- Perform repairs and maintenance on existing gutter systems
- Safely operate ladders, lifts, hand tools, and power tools
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
- Protect landscaping, siding, windows, and other property during installation
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Complete projects according to company quality standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience installing gutters, soffit, and/or fascia required
- Roofing, siding, or exterior construction experience is a plus
- Ability to safely work from ladders and at heights
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
