Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dealership of F&I and sales within the automotive industry. Expectations are to produce a minimum of $1300 PVR with a focus on Products. This role is crucial in dealer operations, and an Employee with Leadership, Self Motivating Traits, Customer Orientation, and Detail Accuracy will be expected for success.
Duties
- Oversee the financial services department, ensuring profitability, efficient loan processing, and title / contract processing.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Utilize financial software to manage transactions, maintain accurate records, and generate reports.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support automobile sales initiatives and drive overall dealership performance.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in financial services, customer service, and negotiation techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the finance department in an automotive dealership environment.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Familiarity with regulations and compliance requirements related to loan processing.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Experience in sales, particularly in the automotive industry, is required.
