- Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to achieve project objectives.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or related field
- 3 years of experience in site development, landscaping, or construction supervision
- Strong knowledge of grading, drainage systems, and site preparation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
- Experience managing crews and coordinating multiple job sites
