The Product Information Manager is responsible for overseeing the management and optimization of the company’s product information across all channels. This role ensures that accurate, consistent, and high-quality product data is maintained to support eCommerce, marketing, sales, and operational initiatives. The Product Information Manager works closely with cross-functional teams worldwide including Product Management, Marketing, IT, and Supply Chain to implement PIM strategies and processes that enhance data governance and improve business efficiency.
This position is also responsible for defining and ensuring data quality and formatting standards, as well as developing and overseeing processes related to reviewing, centralizing, and uploading product content and digital assets. This data is often distributed to consumer-facing websites, B2B/B2C ecommerce applications, etc.
COMPETENCIES

- Strong knowledge of PIM platforms and project management is a plus
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or eCommerce systems is highly desirable

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Defining the PIM vision and driving delivery through a value-driven roadmap
- Determining and prioritizing business requirements, and coordinating to meet those requirements in the PIM system; defining and ensuring system data governance
- Defining PIM user groups, roles, rights, and system accessibility
- Owning and maintaining the Functional and Logical Data Models for PIM
- Coordinating integration of PIM system with the existing technological ecosystem (e.g., ERP CRM, PDM, DAM, TMS, WMS, ECOMM, Print & Publication)
- Creating and managing business rules, processes and workflows to be implemented in the PIM system to support standard work and quality improvements; managing multi-format source files for a single target use
- Determining taxonomy, hierarchies, attributes and accepted values
- Defining, measuring and reporting key performance indicators and metrics for product data quality
- Managing PIM requirements backlog and prioritizing to meet business demands
- Work closely with product management, external partners and marketing to create appropriate models to distribute product content in different channels
- Assist IT in designing/defining transformations, outputs and business rules to implement within the PIM system
- Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on PIM processes and system usage.

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
