What are the responsibilities and job description for the Workshop Coordinator position at SCHLUTER SYSTEMS L.P.?
Description
The scope encompasses after an appropriate training period:
• Responsible for coordinating workshops and seminars for Schluter Systems L.P. as part of the overall Education Team
• Register attendees for workshops
• Pull attendee list from database to send to hotel
• Perform mailings of flyers to distributors and dealers to help promote workshops
• Perform call backs to attendees that have registered for events to confirm that all attendees have meals during the class and proper hotel accommodations, etc.
• Assist Territory Managers and Educational Trainers with any educational event requests
• Make outgoing calls to potential attendees to maximize workshop/seminar attendance
• Print and send out name badges, sign-in sheets, and welcome letters
• Use Email and other electronic tools to research, coordinate and document workshop attendee information in CRM software (Maximizer)
• Send out follow-up correspondence to workshop attendees (thank you letters, certificates, etc.)
• Process orders for customer gifts
• Reconcile hotel bills against BEO’s
• Reconcile education credit cards monthly
• Complete special projects as directed by management
• Enter workshop evaluation forms into database
Requirements
• Spanish language prefered
• Be a team player
• Strong communication skills
• Represent Schluter Systems L.P. in a professional, positive, and enthusiastic manner

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base pay offered will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for additional benefits to the base pay range listed above.
