Description:
NOTE: These positions will start as 8-hour shifts and then transition to the 12-hour shifts in 2026.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in stopping and correcting unsafe conditions and behaviors
- Demonstrate daily evidence of continuous improvement efforts of 5S and autonomous maintenance.
- Treat quality as a key pillar of our success by always doing the right thing for our customers.
- Solving problems daily by working together as an engaged team member.
- Receive incoming goods.
- Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock and records location of the inventory.
- Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.
- Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections and making operator repairs.
- Help in the relief of breaks as needed.
- Maintain records and documentation.
- Other projects and tasks assigned.
Experience:
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to be certified to operate a forklift.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Sound communication skills and excellent problem-solving ability.
- Possess skills required to improvise and adapt where needed.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Represent the company in a professional, positive, and enthusiastic manner in all matters.
- Comply with occupational safety regulations.
- Work in shifts and overtime as required.
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
