Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Carry out production, inspection, packaging and machine operation duties
· Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available
· Effectively monitor production equipment, and maintain a clean work environment
· Resolve operational issues and communicate them as necessary to Operator
· Operate forklifts to move, pull, load and unload materials
· Always represent the company in a professional and positive manner
· Follow established safety rules and regulations; maintain 5S Principles
· Utilize computer-based programs
· Flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts; 24/7 operation
Requirements
Physical requirements
· Ability to walk, stand, squat, and climb throughout an 8- and 12-hour shift
· Ability to push, pull, and lift/reach over head
· Ability to work in high heat conditions
· Ability to lift a minimum of 60 pounds
