MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN
Job Summary
The mechanical Technician for ensuring on time delivery of equipment as per operational demands. The mechanical Technician improves maintenance related nonproductive time ratio of the Products Line´s assests within the Maintenance Base ( MB), and improves maintenance efficiency and people productivity.
Roles and Responsabilities
These responsabilities are activities that correspond to the metro stops and key processses.
Execute and Close- Out Maintenance Work Order
Perform Maintenance Scheduling
Perform Equipment Initial Maintenance Evaluation
Reconcile Post Job Resorces
Dispose Equipment
Additional Responsabilities
Maintain assigned equipment according to the pertinent maintenance program and complain with the reliability centered maintenance strategy trhough adherence to the Computerized Maintenance Management Systmen ans standard work.
Adhere to trasnational discipline within discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business system to record materials and supplies, labor cost and equipment maintenance performance history such as movement, work orders, part used and time to maintain.
Comply with TLM Product Line standards
Participate in the continuos improvement culture, initiatives and improvement plans within the MB to improve asset utilization and cost of service delivery (CoSD)
Participate in continuos improvement efforts to improve asset turnaround time, wich incluides reducing downtime due to maintenance, parts and repair authorization numbers failures and work in process
Support continuos improvement effort to improve the efficiency and productivity of Maintenance technician
Implement CoSD projects, such as the planned repair and reuse of parts
Participate in failure investigation as assigned
Comply with the TLM competency Management System
Minimum Job Qualifications
High School
Previous experience of 10 years in similar role
Must be able to legally work and reside in the US without sponsorship
