Responsibilities:
- Work hands-on installing pipe, conduit, and utilities
- Use tools, learn grade, and assist skilled operators
- Be part of a tight-knit crew that gets real work done
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and reliability (this matters more than experience)
- Willingness to learn and work outdoors in all conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active all day
- Valid driver’s license

Pay: $23.50/hr to $34.00/hr (based on experience) Overtime
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday OT as needed, occasional weekends
Location: Jobsites located within a 75-mile radius of Blandon, PA
