General Manager and Assistant Manager

About the General Manager:

• Our General Managers are a critical part of our store leadership team and have the great responsibility of managing the entire operation with the assistance of Team Leaders.

What we are looking for:

• Ability to Take Ownership of your career and Be Yourself
• At least one year of management experience in restaurant or retail required, or properly trained to take responsibility as a General Manager.
• The ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food service and customer satisfaction.
• Train and manage staff, fostering a positive work environment and enhancing team performance.
• Implement inventory control measures to optimize food management and reduce waste.
• Supervise food preparation and kitchen management, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct interviews and hire qualified personnel to build a skilled team.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving service and profitability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35, $48,500.00 per year
