- Utilize phone etiquette to assist customers with inquiries and provide information on products
- Demonstrate proficiency in wireless sales to promote and sell mobile devices and plans
- Employ upselling techniques to increase sales revenue
- Utilize basic math skills to calculate prices and apply discounts accurately
- Assist with technical sales by explaining product features and benefits to customers
- Participate in appliance sales by providing product information and assisting customers with their purchases
- Communicate effectively with customers to address concerns and provide solutions
- Maintain stock levels by replenishing merchandise on the sales floor
- Apply retail math concepts to ensure accurate pricing and promotions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with cash register operations is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
- Knowledge of wireless sales techniques is a plus
- Proven ability in upselling products or services
- Proficiency in basic math for accurate transaction processing
- Experience in technical sales or willingness to learn about technical products
