This role is responsible for overseeing strength programs for clients to improve their overall strength, optimize function performance, and reduce injury risk. This individual will provide guidance, motivation, and education, while ensuring clients use proper form and techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments to determine clients' current levels and goals.
- Lead individual and group sessions.
- Demonstrate and instruct proper exercise techniques.
- Monitor progress and adjust programs accordingly.
- Educate clients on fitness, nutrition basics, and healthy habits.
- Ensure safety and injury prevention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or Certified Personal Trainer (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, ACSM) or related field.
- Certification from a recognized body (e.g., NASM, ACE, NSCA, ISSA).
- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and program design.
