We are looking for an Office Manager to keep that operation running like a well-oiled machine. This is the seat that makes everything else work. You will support our people, keep the office running smoothly, and own the administrative systems that hold a growing company together. If you take pride in being the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks, this is your role.

What You'll Own

Office and Facilities

  • Keep the office and shop stocked and running: office supplies, kitchen and breakroom supplies, cleaning supplies, and weekly snacks for the team.
  • Manage our Xerox print fleet, including supply orders and service coordination.
  • Serve as point of contact for our phone system and act as a calm first responder when issues like an internet outage arise, following our established response plan.
  • Serve as SDBA's liaison with our external IT company.

Human Resources and Administration

  • Run the administrative side of hiring: managing job postings, communicating with candidates, and moving applicants through our process.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires and offboarding for departing employees using our established checklists.
  • Process paid-time-off requests start to finish: confirming availability, securing manager approval, and keeping calendars accurate.
  • Help schedule and coordinate recurring team reviews and one-on-one meetings, and keep that documentation organized.

Travel and Events

  • Book and coordinate company travel, including hotel arrangements through our preferred partners.
  • Plan and prepare for client and partner facility tours and company events.

This role will grow and shift with the needs of the business. Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on team needs and your capacity, and the scope of the role may evolve over time.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in an office management, administrative, or operations support role.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle many moving parts without dropping any of them.
  • A proactive, self-directed mindset; you see what needs doing and do it.
  • Excellent communication skills and genuine attention to detail.
  • Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new platforms. We use Google Workspace, ADP, and similar tools day to day; experience with any is a plus, and the ability to learn quickly is essential.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
