Your Main Responsibilities
- Processing purchase requisitions, creating purchase orders, and purchase order follow-up. Coordinate expedites of material from suppliers as needed to meet warehouse/internal customer requirements.
- Communicate and resolve shipment discrepancies, Material Return Notices, and other quality issues with the supplier
- Contributing to the Out of Stock report, Supplier Performance Reports, reduction of Excess and Obsolete materials exercises, and invoice processing with AP.
- Various projects that contribute to team success
- Bachelor's degree in Business
- 3-5 years’ experience in supply chain or business related field
- SAP experience
- Excel experience
- Purchasing or warehousing experience
- Fully vested 401k match, up to 7% of total eligible compensation.
