- Track customer interactions, update account information, and support data-driven decision making.
- Assist in managing customer relationships through proactive communication, follow-ups, and relationship management strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and account details for seamless internal communication.
- Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback on customer service challenges and suggesting solutions to enhance customer experience.
Skills
