Tasks And Responsabilities
- At least 5-6 years of experience in International Education/EdTech/Education industry preferably in managing call centre/customer service executives of which at least 2 years should be at a team leader position.
- Knowledge of Dubai/European market is preferable but not mandatory. Team handling experience of managing at least 8-10 member.
- Target driven and ability to achieve numbers in highly competitive environment.
- Experience and knowledge of setting up processes will be an added advantage.
- Experience and knowledge of CRM and telephony is a must.
- Excellent communication skills and team player
- Knowledge of pre-sales would be an advantage
- Degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Adaptability: Thriving in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing circumstances.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
