Crew Member

Base Rate $18.10 

Are you ready to roll up your sleeves, get your hands dirty and make the outdoors your office? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our crew!!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Mowing lawns, trimming, and edging borders
• Pruning shrubs and low trees to shape and improve growth
• Planting and maintaining flower beds
• Mulching, weeding and general garden maintenance
• Picking up leaves, trash
• Operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Maintaining a polite, friendly, and responsive attitude with guests and customers

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous landscaping or outdoor work experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Work Conditions

Employees performing this job should be able and willing to drive or travel locally if needed. Schedules for this position may vary and may require flexibility to work extended hours.  Potential work hours during the snow season include nighttime, weekends, and holidays to participate in snow removal activities.  This position will require working outdoors in various weather conditions including rain, snow, sun, extreme cold, or heat.
