What are the responsibilities and job description for the RV Service Advisor position at Schieks RV?
Schieks RV in Fond du Lac is looking to add a Service and Parts Advisor to our team.
Willing to train the right person
Some of the duties will include:
- writing repair orders and following through
- scheduling appointments
- communicating with our technicians
- advising customers on services and products
- store accessory sales
- ordering and receiving parts
- 8am - 5pm & 9am - 1pm (every other Saturday)
Helpful knowledge and skills:
- basic computer skills
- must be articulate and friendly
- must be punctual, dependable and have good work ethic
- mechanical knowledge helpful
- a background in any type of service industry, including RV, construction and automotive helpful
- familiarity with campers also helpful but not necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
Shift:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Work Days:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
