About the Role:

The Sales Associate plays a critical role in driving the success of our retail operations by delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong client relationships. This position is responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing product knowledge, and guiding them through the purchasing process to ensure satisfaction. The Sales Associate contributes to achieving sales targets by actively promoting products and upselling when appropriate. Additionally, this role involves maintaining the presentation and organization of the sales floor to create an inviting shopping environment. Potential compensation ranges from $35,000 to $50,000 annually. While the base salary range may vary, commission earnings are uncapped, offering significant income potential.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred but not required.
• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
