Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Brighton, MI. The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing technical support for product offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating sales strategies, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver tailored solutions. The role also involves staying informed about market trends and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, specifically in developing client relationships and closing deals
- Technical knowledge in metal-forming, engineering springs, automotive or medical component manufacturing
- Proficiency in project management, reporting, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Effective communication and presentation skills to interact with internal teams and external clients
- Experience with market analysis and identifying new business opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
