Essential Functions:
- Support engineering teams with product feasibility studies and technical evaluations
- Read, interpret, and analyze technical drawings and specifications
- Receive product-specific technical training to assist with engineering calculations related to product design, process speeds, and performance metrics
- Create and maintain product and process matrices
- Participate in testing and validation activities
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, and Process Engineering
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within engineering and manufacturing processes
- Gain hands-on experience through onboarding and shop floor training
Education & Experience:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective oral and written communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- Understanding of technical drawings and product design fundamentals
- Proficiency in English
- Strong time management skills
- Results-driven and data-driven mindset
- Analytical problem-solving ability
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to prepare and deliver technical presentations
- Self-directed with the ability to prioritize tasks independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment
- Daily use of computers and standard office technologies for extended periods
