Overview
We're seeking a Field Service Technician who can troubleshoot, install, and repair industrial electrical and mechanical systems on-site at customer facilities. This is a hands-on role for someone who's comfortable working independently, diagnosing problems on the fly, and keeping critical equipment running.
What You'll Do
Install, troubleshoot, modify, and repair electrical systems ranging from 24–480 volts, including relays, contactors, panels, transformers, rotary/digital phase converters, transfer switches, generators, control circuits, and VFDs, along with general electrical work such as switches, receptacles, sub panels, and lighting. Install, maintain, and repair automated machinery and computer-controlled mechanical systems across industrial, commercial, agricultural, and wastewater settings. Inspect, perform preventive maintenance on, diagnose, and complete major and minor repairs on motors, pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, compressors, controls, valves, and related plumbing/equipment.
What We're Looking For
- Strong background in electrical troubleshooting, wiring, and controls (low voltage through 480V)
- Experience with motors, pumps, generators, and pump station maintenance/repair
- Comfortable reading wiring diagrams and performing root cause analysis
- Familiarity with lock-out/tag-out and confined space procedures
- Solid understanding of preventive/planned maintenance practices
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and respond to service calls, including occasional after-hours/emergency work (all local travel)

Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour
