Overview:
We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruiting coordination, and organizational initiatives within a growing organization. This role will work closely with leadership and employees to help maintain a positive, compliant, and productive work environment.
Work Authorization & Sponsorship:

Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration
- Assist with recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Help administer benefits, performance management, and training initiatives
- Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies and processes
- Collaborate with leadership on organizational and people-related initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience in human resources, recruiting, or employee support functions
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and standard HR practices is a plus

Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
