Career Readiness Instructor OR Success Coach (up to $28.00/hr)

Career Readiness Instructor:
- Facilitate engaging career readiness workshops
- Recruit and support program participants
- Connect individuals with valuable community resources
- Build partnerships with local employers and workforce organizations
Success Coach
- Provide strengths-based coaching and case management support
- Help participants overcome barriers to employment and family stability
- Develop goals and action plans with individuals and families
- Connect clients with community resources and SCAP services
- Advocate for families and support their progress toward success
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Valid NYS driver's license and reliable transportation
