What the ideal candidate will do:
- Work effectively as a part of the Engineering team to manufacture, assemble, and test various aircraft components, machinery/equipment, and test articles.
- Resolve issues, report observations, and results to customers and engineers.
- Collaborate and complete assigned tasks and projects to meet customer requirements.
- Able and willing to work in a manufacturing machine shop environment.

Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with machine assembly and troubleshooting in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints (mechanical required; electrical a plus). Basic electrical knowledge preferred.
- Proficient with hand, power, and measuring tools, including torque wrenches.
- Strong attention to detail with communication, math, and mechanical aptitude skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.); SAP experience preferred.
- Willingness to travel to local customers, including occasional international travel.
- Drug and background screenings are conducted upon hire.
