What the Ideal Candidate will do:
- Maintain and support quality, environmental, health, and safety (EHS) management systems to ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, and internal procedures.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, including planning, execution, corrective actions, and follow up activities.
- Manage document control and corrective action processes, ensuring documentation remains current and nonconformances are effectively resolved.
- Monitor, analyze, and report Quality and EHS metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, process effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and workplace safety.
- Support EHS programs, management reviews, training initiatives, risk assessments, incident investigations, and employee awareness programs to promote a culture of quality and safety.
