What the Ideal Candidate will do:
- Coordinate and prioritize inspection activities to support production schedules and customer requirements.
- Perform and oversee inspections by reviewing work orders, drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to Quality Inspectors, including CMM and inspection best practices.
- Review inspection reports and quality documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Investigate quality issues, support root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Production and cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns, maintain calibration schedules, and drive continuous improvement.
