Enter customer payments to update accounts receivable aging.-
Utilizes and maintains customer portals.-
Consistently follow up with customers on past due accounts.-
Assists with data entry of monthly journal entries.-
Assists with monthly accounting close and year-end audit.-
Performs special projects as required.**Duration/details:**The temporary position for 6 months, depending on the company projects. This is an in-person position. Work schedule is Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5pm. You will be entitled to paid sick days under local statutory law.-
Must be a US Person-
High School Diploma or equivalent. Associates degree preferred.-
1-3 years of experience in general accounting; or equivalent combination of education and experience.-
Good Math And Communication Skills Are Required.-
Must be able to carry out simple instructions.-
Must have attention to detail.-
