Schenck Price is a full-service law firm with offices in Northern New Jersey and Manhattan, is seeking a Human Resources Director with law firm experience. The Human Resources Director will work closely with the firm’s COO/CFO. The Human Resources Director is responsible for staffing, PTO management, payroll processing, recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, training and development, employment compliance, and benefits administration.

Qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years experience in Human Resources
- Prior experience in HR management, preferably in a law firm environment preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in office software; experience with NetDocuments a plus
- Discretion in handling of confidential information
The annualized salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
