About the Role
We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join our team as Seasonal Data Input Specialists during the 2026 tax season (January-April). In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our tax professionals by accurately entering client information from tax documents into our tax preparation software. These positions are great for job seekers wanting seasonal employment, or for students looking for resume material and professional experience. Experience in a professional setting and data entry is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Review client tax forms and documentation for completeness.
- Accurately input client data into tax preparation software.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive client information.
- Communicate with team members regarding missing or unclear information.
- Meet deadlines and productivity goals during peak season.
Qualifications
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with data entry processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
- Prior experience in data entry or tax preparation is a plus but not required.
Schedule & Compensation
- Seasonal position from January through April 2026.
- Could consist of day/evening hours and some Saturdays as needed
- Number of hours needed: 24–40 hours per week.
- Pay Rate: $17.50/hr
