Scheer Law Group, LLP (“SLG”) is an AV Rated firm with offices in the San Francisco Bay Area and Orange County. SLG represents secured creditors, investors and property owners. We will place a qualified candidate in either our San Rafael or Orange County office.
Who we are looking for. We are seeking an experienced litigator who can handle real estate litigation matters with a focus on landlord/tenant and unlawful detainer matters. Will also assist in lender defense cases and other real estate litigation matters from start to finish. Landlord-tenant and/or unlawful detainer background/knowledge needed. A successful candidate would need to demonstrate a following:
· Three years or more experience handling general litigation, landlord-tenant and/or lender defense litigation from start to trial;
·Knowledge of California rent-control and unlawful detainer matters;
Thorough knowledge and understanding of California Civil Procedures
Optional: Knowledge of current state and federal laws governing evictions and lender foreclosures e.g. changes to CA HOBR, Non-judicial foreclosures pursuant to Civ. Code § 2924 et. seq., evictions pursuant to CCP § 1161 etc. as well as local regulations.

Pay: $175,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
