What You'll Do

• Fuel the Customer Experience: Work behind-the-scenes by accurately shopping, organizing, and collecting products to fulfill customer orders and keep our promises.
• Master the Logistics: Own the shipping process by expertly packing, labeling, and prepping materials for delivery, ensuring every package arrives looking professional and ready for use.
• Solve Problems in Real-Time: Use your sharp attention to detail and basic tech skills to tackle projects, resolve order questions with leadership, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Help Lead the Team: Help be a leader by helping coach and give feedback to teammates to improve team performance.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and treat every customer like the most important person in the building.

• Culture Fit: You arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others.
• Skills: Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
• Physicality: This is a "heavy work" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs.
• Education: High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.
  
  

Schedule & Compensation

• Hours: Average of 40 hours per week.
• The Shift: Monday through Friday. Start time as early as 6:00 AM.
• Weekends: Will need to work every third weekend (Saturday and Sunday included). Times vary those days.
• Pay: The posted compensation is a base hourly rate.
