What You’ll Do
- Command the Controls: Take full ownership of the attraction’s operation, from technical start-ups and stops to monitoring equipment performance for a smooth, safe ride every time.
- Be a Safety Champion: Protect our guests by strictly enforcing height requirements, securing safety harnesses, and maintaining total focus while the attraction is in motion.
- Guide the Guest Journey: Deliver an unforgettable experience by directing crowds, assisting riders, and using your "stage presence" to communicate clearly with groups of all sizes.
- Master the Flow: Keep the energy high and the area sharp by managing payments, maintaining a spotless workspace, and jumping in on special retail projects during downtime.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and treat every customer like the most important person in the building.
- Culture Fit: You arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others.
- Skills: Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
- Physicality: This is a "medium work" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 50 lbs.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.
*Candidate must be at least 18 year of age.
Schedule & Compensation
- Hours: Average of 15-20 hours per week
- The Shift:
- Includes a mix of opening shifts (Between 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM) and potentially a few closing shifts (5:00 PM - 9:00PM).
- Weekends:
- Minimum of every other weekend (Saturdays between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM; Sundays 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
- Pay: The hourly rate posted is a base hourly wage.
