Responsibilities:

• Prospect and recruit a variety of affiliate partners that align with the business

• Own the Impact Radius - Affiliate platform, reporting and operational details, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the job

• Engage with partners and optimize relationships through regular communication

• Monitor partner links, posts and promotional efforts to ensure affiliates are meeting commitments and expectations

• Use reporting to analyze performance of affiliate partners and make data-driven decisions

• Partner with internal teams (merchandising, designers, marketing) to help with the strategy and execution of promoting SCHEELS products along with providing insight on performance

• Create and assist with weekly reporting documents and benchmarks

Education & Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or a similar field preferred

• Ability to be organized, detailed, and multi-task

• Strong initiative and vision for continuous improvement

• Excellent judgment, strategic thinker, enthusiastic, and entrepreneurial

• Ability to work independently and with the team

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced environment

• Excellent written & oral communication skills, including proofreading skills\

• Strong presentation skills to communicate effectively and in a timely manner with all levels of the organization

Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:
