Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Engagement
- Develop and manage segmented mail & email campaigns for current and former clients.
- Craft compelling newsletters, case studies, and success stories highlighting SI/NPI client wins.
- Oversee promotional messaging for client-facing events (workshops, accelerators, member events).
Service Promotion & Awareness
- Design and execute campaigns that highlight NPI’s training offerings (in-person and virtual)
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, nurture prospects, and support reactivation of former clients.
- Build promotional assets including email sequences, social media content, and webinar invitations.
Brand Alignment & Growth
- Ensure all communication reflects SI/NPI’s mission and “Gold Standard” positioning.
- Gather client feedback to refine messaging and identify additional service opportunities.
- Track and report on engagement, conversions, and campaign ROI.
Valuable Final Product (VFP)
The Valuable Final Product for this role is:
Consistent and measurable increases in Alumni reactivations, a-la-carte On Site Training sales, and member upgrades, driven by systematic, professional, and branded communication to current and former SI/NPI clients.

A-La-Carte OST Sales
- Total number and revenue of one-off or bundled On Site Training (OST) sales generated via marketing initiatives.
- Campaign ROI tied to OST promotions.
Member Upgrades
- of members upgraded into higher-level or longer-term programs.
- growth in per-member annual value attributed to marketing campaigns.
Engagement Metrics (leading indicators)
- Open rates, click-through rates, and response rates on segmented campaigns.
- Attendance at webinars, events, or promotions driven by marketing.
- Net promoter feedback from members on communication effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in professional services, healthcare, or training/education sectors.
- Demonstrated success in email marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
- Strong copywriting skills with a direct-response mindset.
- Experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms
- Ability to balance creative execution with data-driven decision-making
