What are the responsibilities and job description for the HVAC Service Technician position at Schaus Mechanical?
Applicant must be able to work mostly independently, but also with a crew as needed. Candidate must be able to troubleshoot, repair, replace, calibrate, and maintain commercial, industrial, and residential HVAC & refrigeration equipment. The ability to analyze systems with technical instruments to ensure equipment is operating safely is essential. The applicant will also need to be able to perform seasonal inspection and maintenance on both heating & cooling equipment. They'll need to be able to complete service reports accurately & efficiently. This individual must also be willing to be included on an after hours service schedule rotation.

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
