What are the responsibilities and job description for the Game Day Camera Operator position at Schaumburg Boomers?
The Schaumburg Boomers are seeking an experienced Camera Operator. This position will operate a stationary or roaming camera for the Boomers home games. An ideal candidate will have knowledge of the game of baseball, great focus, and an outgoing, energetic personality.
Duties:
Duties:
- Responsible for operating broadcast camera for all 53 Boomers home games.
- Operate broadcast camera for live production.
- Work with videoboard operator & Director of Promotions to provide the best camera work to enhance game presentation
- Provide well-focused and framed camera shots during live events
Qualifications:
- Past experience in camera operations
- Knowledge in baseball
- Great communication skills
