Schap's Sourcing is seeking a Lead Carpenter for our client’s most critical hiring need. This luxury builder doesn't do "standard." They specialize in high-end residential estates where 80% of the project involves intricate, unique, and highly difficult architectural elements. They need a specialist who lives for the details.
Key Responsibilities
- Elite Installation: Execute the installation of museum-quality interior trim, fine millwork, and custom cabinetry.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor assigned helpers, ensuring the finish team meets absolute perfection.
- Project Ownership: Take full responsibility for all trim work from the initial install through to the final, meticulous punch-out list.
- Precision Execution: Work with high-value materials and complex architectural designs that require a "measure ten times, cut once" mentality.
