Position Overview:
We're seeking a highly adaptive IT Specialist to handle a broad range of technologies in our dynamic manufacturing facilities. You'll troubleshoot issues, lead team initiatives, and ensure seamless tech integration to keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adapt to and manage a wide variety of technologies across our production and administrative systems.
- Provide support for Microsoft 365 E5, including configuration, optimization, and user training.
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network problems with strong troubleshooting expertise as a member of a technology team.
- Demonstrate team leadership by guiding junior staff, coordinating projects, and fostering collaboration.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT support.
- Passionate about staying ahead of the curve—excels at learning and implementing cutting-edge tools and systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Team leadership capabilities, including mentoring and project management.
Preferred but Optional Qualifications:
- A Certification
- ITIL Certification
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
