Efficiency Manager Job Description:
- Monitor work in process operations and provide production documentation.
- Provide corrective action on a pro-active basis for all non-normal activities causing poor production or quality.
- Implement new work procedures and maintain existing ones
- Find efficient ways to reduce cycle times and downtime.
- Reduce cost/manpower needs.
- Proactively maintain the Quality hold areas.
- Provide timely reporting for inventory needs, manpower, corrective actions.
- Provide safe and efficient job setups with reduced times.
Efficiency Manager Requirements:
- 5 – 10 years experience in a production environment.
- Basic computer skills such as Excel, Word, AS400.
- Well organized and detail oriented.
- Basic machine repair and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Awareness of general safety procedures and Quality Control.

- Wage will be commensurate with experience
- Base Wage will be reviewed after 90 Days of employment
