We’re seeking a Night Auditor to join our growing team at Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Airport. This role is key to ensuring a seamless guest experience, and it’s an amazing first step in your career in hospitality. If you’re passionate about providing outstanding service, managing financial transactions, and playing a critical part in keeping everything running smoothly overnight—this is the position for you!
What You'll Do
As a Night Auditor, your responsibilities will include:
Guest Interactions: Be the friendly face guests remember by checking them in and out, addressing inquiries, and ensuring their comfort.
Financial Transactions: Manage guest billing, handle cash and credit card procedures with precision, and balance the books for the night.
Night Audit Functions: Perform night audit tasks to ensure financial integrity and accuracy of hotel operations.
Problem Solving: Handle guest complaints with professionalism, offering alternative solutions when needed.
Maintenance and Documentation: Report maintenance issues and guest accidents, keeping everything running smoothly and safely.
We’re looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering top-tier service with integrity.
