Freelance Paid Social Specialist (Contract / As-Needed)
We’re looking to build a bench of experienced Paid Social freelancers to support upcoming projects across a range of clients.
This role will be responsible for end-to-end paid social execution, including strategy, campaign setup, optimization, and performance reporting across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit. Ideal candidates are hands-on in-platform and comfortable managing campaigns directly, with a strong understanding of advanced capabilities including audience strategies (1P/2P/3P), attribution (including ROSS and conversion windows), and platform-specific best practices.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute paid social strategies aligned to client goals
- Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms
- Analyze performance and provide actionable insights and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams on creative, targeting, and testing strategies
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience managing paid social campaigns end-to-end
- Deep platform expertise across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and/or Reddit
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
This is a freelance, project-based opportunity with potential for ongoing collaboration. We are open to remote candidates, with the option to work from our Chicago, IL office if preferred.
