Summary: We’re looking for a driven and strategic Account Supervisor to join our team! This role will focus on media driven accounts, so experience working with paid media campaigns is a strong plus. This person will lead day to day client relationships, manage scope, projects, and financial performance across multiple accounts.
The role serves as the primary client lead, partners closely with integrated internal teams, and ensures work is delivered on strategy, on budget, and on time. The ideal candidate is a proactive, positive leader with strong agency experience, a bias toward action, and a passion for advertising and the rapidly evolving media landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic and tactical day-to-day management of client relationships across multiple accounts, primarily supporting media-driven businesses
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the client’s business, brands, and industry
- Identify opportunities to grow client business by understanding their category and providing ongoing value
- Oversee campaign development from initial brief through final execution
- Partner closely with the SCC Media Lead, who is responsible for media planning, execution, and reporting on the account
- Lead planning, budgets, presentations, and roadmap development for assigned accounts
- Manage ongoing client communication, including status reports and meeting recaps
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients and cross-functional internal teams
- Resolve client concerns quickly and effectively to maintain strong satisfaction and trust
- Manage project scopes and budgets, proactively adjusting as work evolves
Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of marketing communications experience, including 4 years in an agency environment
- Working knowledge of paid media channels, including search, social, and programmatic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and navigate conversations effectively
- Proven experience developing scopes, contributing to forecasts, managing budgets, and overseeing financial processes (estimating and billing)
- Ability to guide and evaluate creative work to ensure it aligns with strategy, and provide clear, actionable feedback
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Keynote
