Schaendorf Custom Farming is seeking a dependable Equipment Mechanic to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of agricultural and support equipment to keep our operations running efficiently.

Pay: Based on experience. Starting at $24 per hour
Equipment includes (but is not limited to):
- Skid steers
- Loaders
- Telehandlers
- Tractors
- Feed mixers
- Gators and farm utility vehicles

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on agricultural equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
- Perform welding and fabrication as needed
- Work closely with the shop foreman and equipment manager to keep equipment operational
- Follow all safety procedures and best practices
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience working on agricultural or heavy equipment
- Must have own tools
- Reliable transportation required
