Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead definition and management of system requirements (SOR, product performance) through customer interaction for Thermal Management Systems & Modules (Refrigeration)
- Evaluate vehicle refrirgeration system architectures to select the best solutions to meet stakeholder and system requirements.
- Initiate and conduct System - Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (SFMEA) with customer engineers
- Lead & contribute to the development of a integreated refrigeration system technical solution (including but not limited to Compressor, Expansion & Flow Valves, Manifolds, Heat Exchangers, Accumulators etc) which meets the requirements and complies with the applicable standards (incl. analyses, evaluation and mitigation of design risks)
- Contribute to the exchange of development-related information and collaboration with internal/external development partners for system elements (E/E, software, sub-systems, components) e.g. with production regarding special characteristics or producibility aspects, with customers regarding system aspects, with verification and validation at the system level
- Be the technical project lead and report project status to management as related to QTC and project budget
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering preferred, but other engineering degrees or equivalent technical experience will be considered
- 2 years of experience in vehicle refrigeration systems
- Experience of developing & successfully launching integrated refrigeration module program on hybrid, electric or combustion engine vehicles
- Experience in Mechatronics Systems
- Prior knowledge and experience of refrigeration components (including but not limite to - Compressors, Expansion & Flow Valves, Accumulators, Chillers, Condensers, Aluminum manifolds etc)
- Expert in MS Office - Powerpoint & Excel
