Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct mechanical and material design activities required to develop competitive products.
- Conduct lab characterization of materials (scanning electron microscopy, dynamic mechanical analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, differential scanning calorimetry, Electro-Chemical characterizations, etc.).
- Break down battery structures into subsystems and components, create a detailed product specification, and check whether existing subsystems and components can be reused.
- Perform E-Chem tests and post analysis to figure out the root cause of the cell failures.
- Bachelor of Science degree or higher in an engineering field, PHD Preferred
- 3 years' of practical experience.
- Understanding of chemistry, electro-chemistry and laboratory work.
- Experience in presenting engineering topics and moderating discussions.
- Experience in solving engineering problems.
- Clear communication ability (written & verbal).
- Extremely self-motivated & motivated to achieve results.
- Ability to prioritize and make recommendations and decisions.
- Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000
