Your Responsibilities:
- Drive SMT manufacturing process improvements
- Develop statistical reports and maintain knowledge management systems
- Implement lessons learned and participate in networking initiatives
- Conduct performance studies and support organizational initiatives
- Ensure compliance with corporate capabilities and regulatory requirements
- Support new product launches
- Rotating weekend support
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience with SMT manufacturing processes (Solder Printing, SPI, Placement, Reflow, AOI/AXI Inspection)
- Proven problem-solving skills in manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with manufacturing and industrial engineering standards
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with analytics and reporting software (Excel, PowerBI, Python, KNIME)
